St. Andrew's Auction Donation

We have donated a full set of child or adult braces to (Fort Worth Catholic School) St. Andrew's Auction that will be held on Saturday, April 30th. This includes the orthodontic exam, digital x-rays, adult or children's braces, all adjustment visits, and invisible retainers. We recommend scheduling a complementary exam before the auction to meet the orthodontist, Dr. Mik, and the team. We hope our donation will make the auction a huge success for St. Andrew's!

Hi, I'm Dr. David Mikulencak your Fort Worth, Crowley, and Burleson, TX Orthodontist.

I met my beautiful wife, Megan, studying at TCU. We have two daughters, Campbell and Kate. Campbell was born in Saint Louis in September 2005 and Kate, more recently, in January 2008. When not playing at home with my wife and children, I can be found on the golf course.

I was recently named a "Top Orthodontist" by my colleagues in the August 2007-2012 issues of the Fort Worth Magazine. It's important to me to stay involved with the local communities. I'm actively involved with Fort Worth District Dental Society as a board member 2011-2012, Texas Dental Association, American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Southwest Society of Orthodontists, "Give Kids a Smile" program, Bible Study Fellowship, and Christ Chapel Bible Church.

I'm a Damon System doctor and a Preferred Invisalign provider. Our offices are located in the Tanglewood neighborhood of Fort Worth, TX and off 1187 in Crowley / Burleson, TX.
